Mycrodose Yoga in Chicago
Get ready to melt into the totally relaxed and centered version of yourself. Bring the microdose of your choice and then lay down for guided stretching. No yoga experience is required to experience the benefits of stretching your fascia, improving your range of motion, and breathing deeply to relax.

What to Bring
Comfortable clothes to stretch in.
Cozy hoodie or sweater.
Warm blanket to cover up with.
Yoga mat or towel to lie on.
Cannabis is Cool
You may consume cannabis edibles, vapes, or dabs during the breaks. You may smoke on the back deck. About half the folks who attend don’t use cannabis at all but it is allowed for those that want to add it to their experience.
Location
Humboldt Park / Ukrainian Village neighborhood in Chicago. Exact location will be shared after you register. Held in a private residence with up to 6 folks and 2 instructors. Masking is optional.
Accessibility
You must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to attend. This class is designed to accommodate neuro-diverse brains, all medications, all microdoses, highly sensitive people, and empaths. You may bring an interpreter or attendent human at no charge. No animals please. Please contact me for accessibility needs or questions.
