Radical Silence is a guided self-reflection retreat practiced in silence.
🧹 We’ll use yoga, breathwork, healthy food, and meditation to open up and sweep out the junk.
🧚🏻♀️ You’ll learn a new moon wishing practice to help you focus your manifesting magic.
🧘♀️ We’ll finish with an easy yoga class to rehydrate the tissues and open up your shoulders & hips.
🤫 Your instructors will speak to guide each session but otherwise everyone will refrain from speaking or making meaningful eye contact.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes to stretch in. Bring a cozy hoodie. Bring a blanket and a mat or towel. Bring your journal & pen. Bring a snack if you tend to get hangry. You’ll be asked to turn your phone off during the retreat (an emergency contact number is available if you need to reachable).
Cannabis is Cool
You may consume cannabis edibles, vapes, or dabs during the breaks. You may smoke on the back deck. About half the folks who attend don’t use cannabis at all but it is allowed for those that want to add it to their experience.
Location
Humboldt Park / Ukrainian Village neighborhood in Chicago. Exact location will be shared after you register. Held in a private residence with up to 6 folks and 2 instructors. Masking is optional.
Accessibility
You must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to attend. This workshop is designed to accommodate neuro-diverse brains, all medications, highly sensitive people, and empaths. You may bring an interpreter or attendent human at no charge. No animals please. Please contact me for accessibility needs or questions.
