Radical Silence is different…

Customized to Your Needs

We will customize the retreat to match your specific dietary restrictions, injuries, and pre-existing conditions. We take into account everyone’s meditation and yoga experience to match the instruction to your needs. If you’ve been nervous to try a meditation retreat (or failed out of Vipassana) this customized experience may be what you’ve been looking for.

No Dogma & No Gurus

We welcome people of all beliefs and non-believers too. There is no dogma taught and no gurus to follow here.

Cannabis is Cool

We choose to make this retreat cannabis friendly because we are medical cannabis patients. About half our retreat guests are cannabis consumers and the other half are not.

You are welcome to consume cannabis in any format or stay sober. Cannabis is legal for adult use in New York. There is nothing sold at the retreat.

Transformation with a Trans Woman

This retreat centers the Feminine and is taught by Queer Women. Humans of all genders and sexualities are welcome to attend.

Each 4-Night Retreat Includes…

13 Hours of Meditation with Mylee

Mylee Blake will lead 30-minute and 50-minute meditations. You can expect guided meditations and breath work that support transformation, embodiment, and energetic release.

Supported Silence

After you’ve had an evening to settle in, you will stop talking to give your inner Self a chance to be heard. You will also give up your screens for three days of unplugged recharging. Reading & journaling ARE allowed.

11 Detoxifying Meals

Many of our vegetables and herbs have detoxifying effects to complement the release of the retreat. Each day includes vegetable broth, mung bean dal, roasted veggies, superfood salads, and fruit. Tea and coffee are served with honey or maple syrup.

8 Hours of Yin Yoga with Jazmin

Jazmin Hupp will guide two movement classes each day. In the morning, you’ll experience a short Kundalini Yoga set. In the afternoon, you will practice relaxing into long stretches with two hours of Yin Yoga. We can adapt these yoga classes to most injuries and conditions.

Radical Silence Testimonial

After the retreat, Radical Silence guests report…

  • Reduced mental stress

  • Reduced tension & pain in the body

  • Releasing energy/emotions without attachment

  • Increased resilience and patience

Hi Friend,

When I started meditating, I HATED it. I have a super fast brain and why would I want to slow it down? Stillness sounded closer to death for this New York City executive.

I was the CEO of a women’s cannabis empire in my mid-30s. We had monthly events in 65 cities with tens of thousands of attendees. Believing in the “grind” and “hustle” culture, I burned out and nearly took the company down with me.

Realizing I had to learn how to slow down to experience my life…I finally sat down to learn how to meditate. I went to a traditional Vipassana 10-day meditation course and silently suffered. I learned meditation but I was curious if there was an easier way than sitting for 10+ hours a day. I became certified in Kundalini Yoga and helped run White Tantras, where we meditated for 8 hours a day ;).

In 2019, I was invited to join an alternative Vipassana retreat in Maui and fell in love with a gentler format. After COVID ended that program, I continued to offer silent meditation retreats in Colorado, California, and New York. In 2022, I recruited my fiancé Mylee Blake to teach with me.

Each Radical Silence is the PERFECT long weekend to remember yourself. You will experience healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. The food is delicious and supports detoxifying on the cellular level. The yoga classes are designed to slowly open up stuck hip joints and sore shoulders.

Every moment has been crafted to create a safe & cozy cocoon for your personal transformation.

I hope to see you soon!

Jazmin Hupp

The Radical Silence retreat hosted by Jazmin & Mylee was the medicine I needed for my Soul. The accommodation felt homey, I was welcomed by a symphony of birds, felt peace settling in by morning. The cook/magician Jazmin nourished us all with fresh plant-based ingredients…beyond expectations.

Mylee gifted us breath work that was just the right balance for experienced and novice levels. The cloud of aimless thoughts produced by this mind were consumed by the fire with gusto.

I arrived with a giant rock carrying on my shoulders and left carrying a feather.
