No Experience Required Movement & Meditation Class on Zoom

It doesn’t matter if you’re currently sexually active or not. Your sexual energy is your life force, also know as chi, kundalini, or energy. When you move that energy up the spine, you can use it to expand your heart, clarify your voice, and upgrade your consciousness. Or you can just have more mind-blowing orgasms. Up to you 😉

Learning these exercises will give you longterm creative vitality and steamier time in the sack.

We’ll start class with a meditation that will help you direct your focus on what you desire. By building our ability to be completely present, you will unlock access to multiple orgasms. Next we’ll do a movement sequence inspired by Kundalini Yoga for sexual health & vitality. We’ll stretch the muscles and connective tissue that support us during sex. Using breath and internal muscle contractions, we’ll build our core and pelvic floor to support stronger orgasms.

Free Class. You may have a friend or partner attend class with you at no additional charge. You may choose to participate with your camera on or off.

All genders and sexual orientations are welcome. All body types will be celebrated. All relationship statuses will be honored (single, monogamous, polyamorous, and so on).
