Stretching for Psychedelics

Whether you’re just getting started with psychedelics or you’re a pro psychedelic guide already, you will LOVE this class. I’ve experimented with over 100 different activities to do while tripping, and this one is so good you don’t even need to be high to receive the benefits.

Stretching and breathing to inspiring tunes is my favorite activity to support self-healing. I’ve been teaching this class at private retreats for years and now I’m finally ready to share it.

We’ll unlock stuck energy, activate numb spots, and relax tense muscles—just by lying around. By giving your muscles time to relax, we’ll be able to stretch the ligaments and fascia that support you every day. Plus we’ll use deep breathing to release stuck tension anywhere in the body. It’s one of those crazy magic tricks where loving your body will restore you on the physical, energetic, and even spiritual level.

Do I need to do psychedelics to take this class?

Nope. This is a great skill to learn while sober and bring to your psychedelic self-healing practice. You will also receive the recording to replay for your next trip. If you’re familiar with yin yoga, you are welcome to attend while “high”. Personally, I’ll be using cannabis as my psychedelic for this class.

Do I need any yoga experience to take this class?

No previous yoga experience is required for you to get the benefits of Stretching for Psychedelics.

OK, What do I actually need to take this class?

You will need

  • a clear space on the floor with enough space to lie down

  • a pillow, couch cushion, or bolster to place under your knees

  • a blanket to cover you

  • a device with the free Zoom app

  • (optional) Bluetooth speaker or desktop speakers for better sound quality

The yoga class is 90 minutes long and then we’ll have 30 minutes of integration time to share our experiences in small groups. You’re welcome to come and go as your schedule allows.
