Host Breathe
Breathe is a one day meditation experience that you can host in your home for you and your friends. I will teach you how to host Breathe–for free!
From recipes to session recordings, you can mix & match my resources to create your mini retreat. I will also connect you to my favorite teachers if you’d like support on the day of your event.
Breathe Includes…
-
Meditation
Breathe includes a combination of silent and guided meditations. Our meditations are inspired by Vipassana, Dr. Reggie Ray, Chakra energy-center work, and Richard Rudd’s Art of Contemplation.
-
Kundalini Yoga & Yin Yoga
Warm-up each morning with guided movement to activate your body & breath. Each afternoon we’ll gently stretch ourselves in Yin Yoga with sound healing vibrations.
-
Nourishing Ayurvedic Meals
Our breakfast and lunch are designed to support your meditation and detoxify your body. Our meals are vegan, gluten free, and made with love.
-
Time to Be
Take time to rest, reflect, and be with free time between group sessions.

This one day experience is designed for new and experienced meditators. It can be hosted in most homes and public outdoor spaces.
Meditation and stretching have been used by humans for thousands of years to relax, heal, and align themselves.
I teach others how to host Breathe for free because I believe everyone should have access to yoga & meditation.
-
